Every number in the simulator comes from one of the files below. Raw copies are in data/raw/, except the Census IMDB zip files, which are about 900 MB.

Not used (and why): PolicyEngine Enhanced CPS and taxcalc cps.csv. The SOI-cell approach met the calibration target on its own, so neither was needed.
