Climate is usually summarized as averages, but for anyone who works outside the useful number is how many hours in a year are actually pleasant. These maps count the hours between 50 and 80°F that are dry and not muggy (dew point at or below 65°F) inside a 7am–7pm work window, and every limit is adjustable so the map redraws for your own definition of comfortable.
The world map covers 239 cities: 184 modeled from their Wikipedia monthly climate tables plus 55 US stations, and a companion US map counts real hours from hourly typical-year (TMY3) data for those 55 stations. High tropical cities such as Quito, Bogotá and Kunming come out on top, because altitude cancels the tropical heat.
