A radar chart plots several scores on axes that radiate from one center, so each profile reads as a shape and imbalances stand out at a glance. This prototype scores four sample engineering teams on six axes (Velocity, Code Quality, Collaboration, Reliability, Innovation and Delivery), with a dropdown to switch between data sets.
The idea is to make a dense chart explain itself: click any axis label to open a panel with what that axis measures, the current score, the trend since last quarter and how every team compares. It is a single React component built with Recharts and Vite.
